Shifting The Focus To Healing and Faith Resources & Tools

Healing & Faith have been my focus the last several years. I’m now shifting the focus of this blog because I want to share my story of healing, faith, inspiration, healthy family recipes, and Laughter & Breathwork classes. 

I feel led to shift the focus on this blog and I hope you continue to support this blog, connect with me, and hopefully this will inspire you or someone you know.  

I’m fully recovered from many severe chronic conditions and a very long list of symptoms by rewiring my brain and growing my faith daily. 

I want you to know that you are so much more than your worst circumstance you are in. My hope is this blog will help inspire you, give you resources and tools, and the ability to see the small glimmers in each day so you can begin to heal and live life with freedom.
