Green Beans

One of the things I like to do is keep it simple. Sometimes I think people think I am a crazy person and spend hours in the kitchen every night, but the truth is I really don’t. I have learned to meal plan and prep and that my friend is key to eating real whole food even during your busiest days of the week. One thing I love is to just have simple side dishes that I can throw in the oven and not worry about until they are done cooking. This is just a simple recipe for fresh green beans. I hope you enjoy!

Bag of fresh green beans (size depends on the size of your family)

Drizzle of olive oil to coat them

1-2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast

1 tbsp of everything but the bagel seasoning found at Trader Joes (if you are making a smaller batch then you can just adjust amount of seasoning as you wish)

Preheat oven to 400. I cut the green beans into smaller pieces to resemble size from canned green beans. I place beans onto a pan, drizzle with olive oil, nutritional yeast, and everything but the bagel seasoning. Place in the oven until done to your liking. So yummy!!!
